A wise Zen master once said that “Everyone should meditate for one hour a day, unless you’re too busy for that…then you should meditate for two!”
The motivation of this retreat is to create a space of introspection and presence through the practice of meditation.
Silence is an incredible barometer to gain information regarding the the state of our minds and our current level of integrity with our hearts.

8:30am – 10:30am: Opening + Asana Practice
10:30 - 11am: Tea Break + Snack
11am – 12:30pm: Pranayama + Meditation
12:30pm – 1:30pm: Lunch
1:30pm – 3pm: Restorative Yoga + Meditation
3pm – 3:30pm: Tea Break + Snack
3:30pm – 5pm: Meditation + Closing
